March 13, 2025 | Press Releases

SINGAPORE, March 13, 2025 – Rectitude Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: RECT; the “Company” or “Rectitude”), a Singapore-based provider of safety equipment and related industrial products, announced partnerships with BOSCH, a leading supplier in technology and services, and AkzoNobel NV (OTCMKTS: AKZOY), a global leader in paints and coatings, commencing in January and February, respectively. These partnerships position Rectitude as a comprehensive provider of safety equipment and industrial supplies in Singapore, offering customers an expanded selection of top-quality tools and paints from industry-leading brands.

Through its partnership with BOSCH, Rectitude now offers a range of high-quality power tools and small machinery, including drills and screwdrivers, directly in its retail stores. By securing volume pricing from BOSCH, Rectitude can make BOSCH’s trusted products more affordable and accessible to its consumers. Carrying BOSCH’s products in-store strengthens Rectitude’s product lineup, allowing local customers to purchase premium tools conveniently and directly from a reliable local source. The BOSCH relationship reinforces Rectitude’s commitment to being a valued partner to its customers, providing top-tier industrial and safety equipment at competitive prices.

Rectitude’s partnership with AkzoNobel enables the Company to offer ICI’s Dulux paints through its retail shops. With access to a specialized paint-mixing machine sourced from AkzoNobel, Rectitude can create custom colors based on precise codes, ensuring consistency and quality. Customers can now purchase exclusive paints from Rectitude that are typically only available at paint shops. With volume pricing and rebate, Rectitude can offer these paints at the same competitive pricing, enhancing Rectitude’s product range and making premium paints more accessible and convenient for its customers.
“Our partnerships with industry leaders like AkzoNobel and BOSCH reinforce our commitment to providing top-tier branded products at competitive prices,” said Jian Zhang, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director at Rectitude. “By expanding our offerings with premium paints and reliable tools, we are making it easier for customers in Singapore to access the best products under one roof.”
